This is regarding SSC CGL 2016 Tier-I examination conducted in the month of Aug and Sep 2016.

Candidates have found that many questions and many solutions to the questions are incorrect. And although each such mistake can be challenged by paying Rs.100/- , it is difficult for poor candidates to pay so much as there are 4 to 5 mistakes per exam batch on average. This makes it cost more than exam registration cost itself. On top of such exorbitant cost to candidates, the period to file such challenges is unfairly short. The system too is buggy and many candidates after paying money have been directed to a blank screen or unable to file the challenge due to some technical error.

We request Chairman SSC, Mr.Ashim Khurana or "WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN" (relevant authority) to kindly consider this petition and do the needful. Some of which are mentioned below:

1. For all the challenges made on merit (i.e. a mistake in question/solution) refund of Rs.100 should be made to each candidate who has challenged.

2. SSC must put out a new notice listing all the question/solution that have correctly been identified as being incorrect 

3. SSC must tell the candidates what procedure will be followed in case a question is found to be incorrect. Will all candidates get 2 marks or will the question not be considered.

4. SSC should consider extending the date for filing the challenges, period for which ends by 5:00pm 26th Sep,2016
