UPDATE
In RTI application filed with Kerala Road Safety Authority, Thiruvananthapuram, the Road Safety Commissioner has replied that details with respect to the below queries are not available with KRSA. He has redirected the same to State Police Chief, Transport Commissioner and ADGP- State Crime Records Bureau.

The queries raised in RTI application dated 20 November 2019
