I am writing to ask for your support on the situation regarding Linzi
Recently, Linzi made a serious complaint to a firm, which she is legally entitled to do. In response, she received an email on a Saturday morning that included the remark, "Does this silly bitch ever stop?" This message came from an individual within the firm who had not originally been copied on Linzi's complaint. It appears that the named compliance officer may have forwarded Linzi's complaint to the director who then made such remarks.
What is particularly concerning is that the individual who made this remark identifies himself as the director of the firm in his email. Linzi took the important step of exposing this email to the court and the SRA by cc'ing them, yet she has not received any response. Additionally, she cc'd the director in her correspondence.
Even more troubling is the director's follow-up email in which he claimed the comment was not meant for Linzi and requested its deletion. Linzi has firmly refused to remove this evidence, as she has been significantly affected by the alleged conduct, which is undeniably troubling.

The SRA now has the email in question, and it is believed that the director was attempting to pressure Linzi into deleting it to evade accountability for his actions.
This incident highlights the urgent need for accountability and underscores the importance of the petition. We must continue to stand together in support of Linzi and ensure that such behavior is addressed.
