The problem is simple, all employees who work for Speedway and make the company money and yet we all have to pay full price for everything including water. 

  I am well aware in the past that they did offer free drinks to employees, and they had a problem with employees abusing this policy by taking multiple drinks home for family members and such. I also have a solution for that problem.

  Now my proposed solution to this problem is as follows. ALL employees of Speedway get a 50% discount on all cafe and food items, as well as drinks. Also while employees are on the clock fountain drinks/coffee are free and may take just that 1 drink with them when they clock off for the day but no more than that. But when not on the clock they are included in the 50% off. This discount would NOT apply to federally controlled products such as gasoline, alcohol, cigarettes, etc...etc. 

  The discount would be available to all employees at all stores regardless of home store. And it would be up to each store to enforce said conditions. Obviously at home stores they could identify home employees to apply discount. If not at home store make it so that employee can type in employee number or some other identifier at the POS so that it they can be identified as a speedway employee.
