The process is speeding up and most of us getting approved but we need to change this and limit it.

what used to be a six month processing time reached to 16.5 months. Keeping families and loved ones separated and waiting on their life plans together.

The importance of limiting K1 Visa processing time to 6 months or less, results to :

Reduced Uncertainty: The K1 visa designed to allow a US citizen to bring their fiancé(e) to the United States for marriage, but the current processing times for the visa can be highly unpredictable. By setting a firm time limit of 6 months or less for processing, applicants and their families would have greater certainty and could better plan for the future.

Family Reunification: Many K1 visa applicants are eager to reunite with their US-based fiancé(e)s and begin their lives together. Prolonged processing times can lead to significant delays and may result in unnecessary separation or hardship for couples.

Economic Benefits: The K1 visa process if long often put people in need to travel multiple times to meet up with their loved ones until they get the United States K1 Visa ,which can be costly and time-consuming. By limiting processing times to 6 months or less, applicants and their families could save money and reduce the economic burden of the process.

Promoting Efficiency: By setting a clear and firm deadline for processing K1 visas, the US government could help streamline the process and ensure that resources are being used effectively. This could benefit both applicants and US government agencies involved in the process.

Fairness: A firm limit of 6 months or less for processing K1 visas would ensure that all applicants are subject to the same processing times, regardless of their country of origin, race, or other personal characteristics. This would promote fairness and equality in the US immigration system.

Let's all sign and chip for better immigration process.
