DO YOU KNOW WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED ON ASSEMBLY TODAY(FEB18TH)?  EVERYBODY'S ANSWER IS "NO". WHY..? WE ARE SHOWN EDITED, SELECTIVE FOOTAGE OF THE ASSEMBLY ONLY..? IS IT RIGHT..? DON'T WE DESERVE A LIVE TELECAST OF ASSEMBLY..?

We, common public elect a representative(MLA) to speak for our issues in the Assembly. Unfortunately, we don't have a mechanism by which we can see the level of participation, quality of participation of our MLA in Assembly. Edited footage of assembly proceedings are given out which is always a biased one. Hence, we demand LIVE Telecast of Assembly proceedings. In this regard, a case is pending in Madras High court. TN Govt says, they don't have fund to give live telecast.  Today we are not sure, what exactly happened in the Assembly. In a democracy, keeping being kept in dark, can't be accepted. After seeing the undemocratic happenings in the Assembly today(Feb18th) it is high time to demand for the LIVE Telecast. Let the public pressure make it happen.  

நாம் ஓட்டுப்போட்டுத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களின் முழுமையான செயல்பாடுகளைத் தெரிந்துகொள்வதற்கு நமக்கு உரிமை இருக்கிறது. ஆனால், தற்போதைய நிலையில் சட்ட மன்ற நிகழ்வுகளின் தேர்ந்தெடுத்த காட்சிகள் மட்டுமே வெளியிடப்பட்டுவருகிறது. எனவே, சட்டமன்ற நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நேரடி ஒளிபரப்பு செய்யப்படுவது மிகவும் அவசியமாகிறது. நேரடி ஒளிபரப்பு கோரி சென்னை நீதிமன்றத்தில் தொடுக்கப்பட்ட பொதுநலவழக்கில் பதிலளித்த தமிழக அரசு நேரடி ஒளிபரப்பு செய்ய நிதி இல்லை என்று கைவிரித்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இன்று சட்டமன்றத்தில் உண்மையில் நடந்தது என்ன என்று யாருக்கும் முழுமையாகத் தெரிந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட காட்சிகளே வெளியிடப்படுகிறது. ஆகவே, சட்டமன்ற நிகழ்வுகளை நேரடி ஒளிபரப்பு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று இந்த சமயத்தில் பொதுமக்களாகிய நாம் அழுத்தம் கொடுப்பது அவசியமாகிறது.
