From the Safe to Speak Initiative:

Friends, there is one bill that SHOULD be bipartisan and SHOULD sail through even a chaotic and divided Congress like we have now. It's the Statutes of Limitation for Child Sexual Abuse Act, HR5560. Justice should never be time-barred, especially for vulnerable children. Would you please take a moment to call your Congressional representative this week and ask for his or her support and co-sponsorship of this bill? Every politician wants a win and wants to say they got certain bills passed. This SHOULD be one that gets through even this current Congress. 

But it won't happen unless we demand the attention it deserves.

It only takes two minutes to call the DC or regional offices of your representative, identify yourself as a constituent, and request your member of Congress support and co-sponsor H5560. You might have to say the bill name twice because it's likely whoever is answering the call is looking up the bill. Please be kind and patient to those who handle these calls. And ask for a response back as a constituent.
