Update to HR 5081

KInd supporters.  As you might already know due to current Pandemic and upcoming National Elections, I am not so sure HR 5081 will make it out of House and on to Senate in 2020.  HOWEVER, that said do not despair, we will continue to observe and track HR 5081.  As I have said previously, I firmly believe retired MWD (K9's) would best be served having their health and pharmaceutical care delivered direct through a VHA (Veterans Health Administration) or similar department/agency of the Federal government vs. thru third party non profits. We will petition for that modification of HR 5081 at Senate level.  I have and will continue to communicate with Congressionally sanctioned Veterans Service Organizations to assist with having Congress address our concerns. Our goal is to finally have our K9 veterans have permanent health and pharmacy care for the rest of their retirement years.
