A trophy hunter has not been charged for shooting a helpless animal. If he makes mistakes like this, who's to say it wouldn't happen again, or to a person. If people make mistakes like this, they shouldn't be allowed to hunt. Having possession of a firearm, or any type of weapon, has no room for error. Now, because of a 'mistake' of a hunter, a very valued & precious life has been taken & others are suffering from irreversible pain.
