Southern Methodist University, we implore the administrators to reconsider their ban on the 9/11 Memorial on Dallas Hall Lawn. It is unfair and hypocritical to allow students to kneel during the National Anthem but disallow a patriotic display dedicated to all the men and women, of all races and all orientations, who died on September 11th 2001 for being "triggering". Student and alumni object, and The Governor of Texas objects, Please reconsider this decision.
