Stanford Law School; Harvard Law School; the University of Michigan Law School; the University of California, Berkeley School of Law; and Cornell Law School, have said they have adopted what is effectively an optional pass/fail option. 

Countless petitions similar to ours have emerged from other universities across the nation. Since this petitions creation Northwestern University and Vanderbilt University have implemented the pass/fail system for all Undergraduate classes. Other schools are extending eligibility for courses within their pre-existing optional pass/fail systems. Only time will tell if other universities follow, I will continue post key updates as they break.
