“Dr. Peter Biar Ajak has been arrested by South Sudan National Security Service (NSS)!

This is to inform the citizens of South Sudan and the world that Dr. Peter Biar Ajak, the Founder of Red Army Foundation, CEO of South Sudan Wrestling Entertainment (SSWE), Director and Founder of the Centre for Strategic Analysis and Research (C-SAR), a fellow policy think tank, Chairman of South Sudan Young Leaders' Forum (SSYLF) has been arrested on 28th July at 7 am at Juba Airport whilst awaiting his flight to Awiel Town to attend the Red Army Commemoration Day by South Sudan National Security; however, his family have been informed that he is being detained at ' the Blue House' National Security’s notorious house. The charges and the motive for his arrest are not known yet.

“We, the concerned family members urged the arresting authorities to respect his rights and liberties”. “Therefore we called for his immediate released! Dr. Peter Biar is an ordinary South Sudanese civilian whose his vision is to see better South Sudan for all citizens, he has never been a threat to anyone in anyway in South Sudan”.

Dr. Peter has sacrificed most of his time in Juba to assists the very government who have arrested him. He don’t deserve this humiliation , intimidations and harassment.

We demanded his immediate release now.
