The Issue
The construction of 2000+ houses on the last strip of semi rural land in the Penwortham and surrounding areas 224 acres will destroy a multitude of wildlife,flora and fauna. It will bring more cars creating more pollution and more people crammed into sprawling housing estates to cripple already failing social resources. The infrastructure of this once beautiful area simply cannot cope.
