"That Victor Harbor Council formally advise the Alexandrina Council and the State Government that it does not support the proposal for a motorised vessel exclusion zone within the waters of Encounter Bay, from the Hindmarsh River to the Murray Mouth as resolved by the Alexandrina Council"
