My fellow law-abiding citizens, we are Sixteen Thousand Friends of Democracy in South Africa. Well done! Today I am asking for your help with the Brendin Horner Murder Trial on Friday 16 October 2020. 

Please contact every private security company, neighborhood watch, and police force member in your area. Ask them to assist us with establishing a 1-kilometer Demilitarized Zone around the courthouse. 

Ask them to even the odds in favor of the law-abiding citizens of this country.

Ask them to contact and coordinate a plan with the South African Police Services to establish a safety zone where no vehicles or weapons will be allowed. We cannot expect nor should we trust the police to do this on their own. It is a simple and practical plan to keep the public safe and proceedings peaceful. We need at least one thousand well trained and well-armed security personnel to keep the courthouse area and access routes safe. Offer to pay for the service if you must.

Once the private security company has confirmed their availability for duty and that a well-defined plan is in place, then and only then go and support the Horner family. Do this by the thousands. 

Farmers that attend should bring their workers as they are also victims of the hate crime scourge. 

Will you do this? Will you do the right thing, to ensure there is no bloodshed? Of course, you will, and I thank you for that.
