As the news is coming out on Minot Daily News and rescues pages, I would like to thank all of you for your support!! SVAS has a lot of work to do now that it’s confirmed that Shelbi Waters is indeed gone. Time will tell if it can recover… We hope so for the local animals. In closing… spay and neuter your animals! ND is in a critical state right now with animal populations. Help the rescues with boots on the ground doing the work to help! Thank you ALL again!!!
