When I created this petition, SVAS was bashing pound/rescues, transporting tons of out of state animals(still are), etc. The fallout from some of their adoptions is that some were sent out with no vetting and their million dollar “low cost” spay and neuter clinic is not operational still to this day and some of these animals have had litters. 
The Minot local rescues have not only stepped up to take in SVAS returns, but are now laser focused on getting Minot local animals spayed and neutered to combat the inflow of transports and curb the feral population in Minot which is exploding. 
Please help us make a dent in the litters!!!
