All I can say is OMG… 

As puppies are being abandoned on sides of the roads, rescues/pounds/other shelters are exploding with intakes, giveaway pages in ND are overrun with animals in serious situations and overpopulation is in critical state win ND…..

SVAS brings up puppy shipment from OK….

They are seriously looking like a puppy mill now. 

When is the board going to listen…

All Minot rescues, rescuers and pound are listening…major focus is to curb the population by massive spay/neuter events and it’s being kicked off with this fundraiser!
