This pup was a TMAR transport to SVAS last year. This pup was found abandoned on country road a couple days ago. 
What happened to their return policy? How long were they on wait list before this last batch of transported puppies from OK last week? 
So many questions…. But most answers come back to the irresponsible management of SVAS.
