Transports after transports after transports � This is why I keep saying our local animals will freeze. They are not abiding by their own contract and if Ward county animals do not get picked up and held by Good Samaritan or taken in by local rescue, they are screwed…It’s sad. SVAS is the county shelter…It was built just for this reason to help local animals find their owners like the pound does for local within city limits animals. People need to start speaking up besides the ones that already do! Call your commissioners!!!!!
