So our local shelter is now taking puppies from a BREEDER?!?! 
SVAS has claimed that the surrender event was irresponsible and yet here they claim surrenders are responsible. Also, they should help this breeder fix the animals instead of the breeder continuing to have litters that are now adding to the unwanted pet population here.
