Again, we do not believe in BSL laws however SVAS is not above the law and must follow the laws just like any other business in the city. With that said….

There is nothing like using your(Shelbi Waters) mistake of KNOWINGLY bringing up banned animals to the city of Minot and then blaming everyone else that the city is following and enforcing the BSL law. The only person to blame is YOU! And now the animals will suffer because of YOUR ACTIONS!!!! 
And then to create a shop to fund the shelter off of a free online petition….banking on YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS!!! 
YOUR MORAL COMPASS HAS BEEN BROKE!!!
