Why does SVAS not “back” their adoptions and allow returns? Why are they lying about temperaments of the animals? This is lawsuit waiting to happen. Why are there not animal behavior specialists testing these animals? 
Quick flipping of animals is their way. Inexperienced staff including the ED Shelbi Waters is creating a dangerous environment for fosters, adopters, staff and citizens of ND. It’s not the adopters fault!!! 
(After this posting, many other community members posting and this petition posting…Mars was “accepted” back into shelter and is now back up for adoption. Sometimes it takes a lot of heat from us to make them stick to their own contracts!)
