One:  Another example of the kitten/puppy quick turn for $$$. 

Two:  Why would a foster need to fill out a form to transfer care back to SVAS? Should the animals in their foster program not already be under SVAS care? 
We have heard stories from fosters that they have been “stuck” with animals that are not adopted out quickly. 
Another example of their lack of caring for these animals that are transported up here. And why kittens?! There are literally 100s of local kittens right now. It makes zero sense until you follow the $$$.
