When Shelbi Waters sent out the cease and desist orders, this is the post on Facebook she made to make fun of the citizens that were receiving them. These citizens were clearly concerned about the practices that Shelbi Waters was implementing already in this early stage of her “reign”. And to silence them immediately for asking questions. 
Wonder if the “stakeholders” will be receiving the same at the meeting on July 31st as all the people that received cease and desist orders would of been considered qualified stakeholders at the time of service. 
Beware to people attending! Don’t ask the wrong questions as Shelbi Waters does not like criticism. Make you wonder if she setting people up to see who is defying her…guess we will see!
