Multiple fosters and adopters have reported behavioral issues with these transported animals. 
Attacks, running away, and diseases are common issues. SVAS is sending these animals out into our communities with fosters and then not helping the fosters. They are also not “backing” their adoptions. Then leaving the local vets, pound and rescues to clean up their mess after they have collected $$$ from adoption fees. 

Ever wonder why they have an abundance of puppies? $$$ at $250.00 a piece adds up quickly and then they beg for donations. Revolving door with zero accountability with them after adoption.
