Ughhhh….

Veterinary professionals in the state have been doing this for years. Why do they think they are setting the standard? 
All the local rescues also vet all of their animals prior to adoption(puppies/kittens are also spay/neutered at correct age with follow ups from rescues.). 
Why continue to take swipes at your community? Just why……..

Also…3.5 million dollar building….was that just for the shell of building?
