Failing the animals…

The rest of this week we will feature stories about the lack of helping the animals SVAS has either fostered out or adopted out. 
The current policies that have been implemented by Shelbi Waters has greatly affected the Minot community and surrounding areas. These policies have also impacted the welfare of these animals.
