The picture today is of one of many Cease and Desist papers that were served on citizens of Minot. These papers not only are harmful to the community, but are a waste of donation money. These letters are for questions that are asked of a nonprofit from people that have concerns of the business practices of Shelbi Waters as ED of SVAS that affect the entire states rescue community. 
Why are they so unwilling to answer simple questions or “fluff” what they are doing? (Don’t they know we can easily find stats, intakes, where they intake from, etc. on the internet?) Lying to the public that supports them is incredibly dishonest and “shady”. And they continue to block people that ask questions which is harming the shelter.
