Not the result we hoped for

Tonight, our efforts resulted in an unfortunate outcome. Without any sort of explanation (only highlighting the improvements Chilli has suggested and made to Pi Phi's kitchen since his hiring), House Corp. informed us his firing is final. Although this is not the outcome we had hoped for, the support we received from not only members who interacted with Chilli on a daily basis, but also friends, family, alums, classmates and teammates who have gotten to know Chilli speaks volumes. Thank you ALL for your support and standing behind us. And Chilli, we will always have your back! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you contributed to our house. We will miss your fake spider pranks, Fried Fridays, talks about watching Oprah and Ellen, and the famous "GET DOWN ON IT!" Most importantly, we will miss the genuine care you had for all of us! We love you, Chilli!
