Sorted my account out today

I today got in touch with the CEO and got my account back and some freebies. They apologised and took my feedback on board in regards to how the PlayStation report system and a few select a-holes abuse it. 
mill be uploading a vlogging video later in regards to it and how I sorted my banned account out.
