You need sign on this petition because sony needs to push new firmware update for Headphones WH-1000XM3. People who updated their headphones firmware to 4.1.1 getting digital ANC decreased for 40-50% not similar to 2.0.0 firmware as was before. There are a lot owners of headphones experiencing this issue. I am one of those. If you search google about this situation there's a lot cases like this. And some of them outside USA(like me) cannot return their headphones to replacement as it costs as much as half price of headphones. Sony doesnt going to take an action on. Please sony fix this issue ASAP.
