We don't know if our previous petition had any effect in the decision to issue an epilepsy warning for Incredibles 2, but we are committed to helping keep the moviegoing experience safe for everyone.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has a lot of severe strobe effects in its quest to feel like a living comic book. While the strobe lights aren't as bad as Incredibles 2, they are still severe enough to merit a warning beforehand. We urge Sony Pictures to issue an epilepsy warning for this film, just as they did for Slender Man.

Issuing an epilepsy warning will not necessarily hurt the film's box office numbers (Incredibles 2 made over $1 billion), and it will help protect otherwise-uninformed epileptic viewers (and others who have health issues related to photosensitivity), thus protecting Sony from being subject to legal action brought forward by moviegoers who had health problems triggered by this movie due to a lack of warning.
