Hi All,

I spoke with a change.org representative. Please disregard my last update, as I cannot delete the post. It seems as though there was a technical glitch/mishap earlier. If it happens again, it's not from my end. Please refrain from negative comments.

To reiterate, I will try my best- it's up to the law firms to decide if they have a case. They said after 50K signatures they would take on the case, but it seems as though this is something they said 'out of thin air' because they didn't believe it would get this much support.

Though I am upset with them, I understand- they have a business to run. Next time, they shouldn't make blank statements like that. They want to know if this will be a good fit for their brand and determine the odds for winning before proceeding.

They've instead promised to give it 'a good look' and are evaluating IF they have a solid case. They explained it by saying shady practices are one thing- it may be immoral, but is it illegal? If they can pinpoint solid grounds/evidence to win, they will pursue legal action for all of us.

Due to their new position on this movement, I am meeting with two more law firms in the next two weeks to diversify our options here.

To the change.org team, sorry for my previous post- it seemed as though my petition was reset from you, rather than it being an accident.

Lastly, your donations do not go to me. They go to Change.org. You are essentially paying Change.org to show this petition to more users on their platform. It's paying for advertising- it never touches my wallet.
