We as a community will not stand for systemic racism, continued unconscious bias and discriminatory actions! We support our SEVEN rising Black American High School Seniors that are striving to make a difference after a local Sonic employee denied them access to a local restaurant threatening police involvement.

Our teens should not be left to feel intimidated, afraid and like outsiders in a community they call home.  We stand with them.  We support them.  All of our children BELONG.  We appreciate Sonic meeting with them and look forward to positive change as a result of these teens using their collective voice to call out injustice.
