As a citizen of Nepal currently residing in Portugal, I am stuck in a pressing situation. The need for legalising my documents by Nepalese authorities before submitting them to Portuguese authorities remains unmet. This arises from the sudden closure of the previous consulate and the delay in the opening of the new embassy. There are countless more like me, Nepalese citizens in Portugal, clueless and stranded. This has brought our personal, professional, and legal proceedings to a standstill.

With this petition, I urge the Nepal Embassy in Paris to take immediate temporary measures for the legalisation of documents needed in Portugal till a new embassy becomes operational in Portugal. It is highly unfair that we are left hanging due to administrative issues. We have the right to continue our pursuits unimpeded in a foreign land.

म नेपालका नागरिक, जो हाल पोर्चुगलमा बसिरहेको छु, एक जटिल परिस्थितिमा अलमलिएको छु। पोर्चुगलका अधिकारीहरूलाई बुझाउनुअघि मेरो कागजातलाई नेपाली अधिकारीहरूबाट प्रमाणित गराउनु पर्ने आवश्यकताले हालसम्म पुरा भएको छैन। यो समस्या पहिलाको वाणिज्य दूतावासको अचानक बन्द हुनु र नयाँ दूतावासको ढिलो उद्घाटन हुनुको कारणले उत्पन्न भएको हो। म जस्तै धेरै अन्य नेपाली नागरिकहरू पनि पोर्चुगलमा यसै अवस्थामा छन्, जसले कुनै समाधान नपाएर अलमलिएको अनुभव गरिरहेका छन्। यसले हाम्रो व्यक्तिगत, व्यावसायिक, र कानूनी प्रक्रियाहरूमा अवरोध ल्याएको छ।

यस निवेदन मार्फत, म पेरिसस्थित नेपाली दूतावासलाई पोर्चुगलमा नयाँ दूतावास सञ्चालनमा नआउञ्जेलसम्म आवश्यक कागजातहरू प्रमाणिकरणका लागि तुरुन्तै अस्थायी उपायहरू अपनाउन अनुरोध गर्दछु। प्रशासनिक समस्याहरूका कारण हामीलाई यसरी अलपत्र पार्नु अत्यन्त अन्यायपूर्ण हो। विदेशी भूमिमा हामीले बिना रोकावट आफ्ना प्रयासहरू जारी राख्न पाउने अधिकार छ।

आउनुहोस्, हामी सबै मिलेर समाधानको लागि आवाज उठाऔं। प्रत्येक हस्ताक्षरले विदेशी भूमिमा हाम्रो कानूनी जटिलताहरूलाई सरल बनाउन एक कदम अगाडि बढाउँछ, र यी कठिन समयमा हामीलाई आवश्यक आशा र सहयोग प्रदान गर्दछ। कृपया यो निवेदनमा हस्ताक्षर गर्नुहोस्।
