Following a conversation I have just had with Bloor Homes it transpires ALL flood attenuation works will be undertaken between May and September this year. No works can be started until the ground is better and major electric works undertaken. I will hold on to the petition in the meantime but will not promote it any further and feel there is no need to present it to Solihull Council in April as was intended. I did think about closing it but feel it should be suspended pending the commencement of the flood attenuation measures.
