Aquí la respuesta de la Comisión Europea, en la que explica la ayuda proporcionada por nuestros vecinos europeos tras la catástrosfe, la cuál agradecemos todos;
"Dear Ms Valle Quijano,
Thank you for contracting the Europe Direct Contact Centre.
We are always interested in knowing what the public thinks. We have made your message available to the relevant departments of the European Commission for their information.
The EU Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) can be activated by national authorities of the affected country through the EU's Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC). Activation of the UCPM took place on November 8, 2024.
Following Spain's activation of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism this weekend in response to devastating floods in the country, France and Portugal have quickly mobilised waste management machinery and vehicles to assist operations in the affected areas. Other European countries have also expressed their readiness to help and the Commission is in constant contact with the Spanish authorities to channel further assistance as required.
To enhance coordination on the ground, the EU's Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC) will send a Liaison Officer to Spain today. Additionally, since 29 October, the ERCC has supported Spain with the Copernicus Rapid Mapping service, producing 31 maps for flood delineation and damage assessment.
Janez Lenarčič, Commissioner for Crisis Management, said "We are committed to doing all we can to help Spain. I would like to thank France and Portugal for their immediate and effective response to Spain's urgent call for help in the aftermath of these devastating floods.
Their support in waste management and recovery efforts, alongside offers of assistance from other Member States, highlights the strong solidarity within the EU, ensuring that Spain has the resources needed for recovery".

We hope you find this information useful. Please contact us again if you have other questions about the European Union, its activities or institutions."
Y a continuación mi aclaración:
"Esteemed European Commission,
I appreciate the information provided on the aid that the EU and its member countries offered to Spain during the DANA disaster.
However, the request we made to the European Commission was for an investigation into the actions of both the Spanish National Government and the Valencia Regional Government, to determine responsibilities for the poor management before, during, and after the DANA.
I hope to receive an appropriate response. Please and thank you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Isabel".
Espero poder contaros alguna novedad interesante pronto, y si no, al menos lo hemos intentado.
