4:2 decision based on design, loss of heritage assets not balanced by public benefit and (in part) sustainability grounds.  Thank you for signing the petition which was sent to the planning committee this morning.  This is likely a reprieve for Tesco for now.  Lets hope the applicant will come up with a scheme that retains a large supermarket in the centre of Soho.
