Family court abuse does not end when a hearing is over. It can leave victims and children living with trauma, fear, anxiety, depression, heartbreak, emotional breakdowns, and even nightmares that continue long after the courtroom is silent.

When a parent’s relationship with their children is restricted, ignored, or slowly destroyed through misuse of the system, the emotional harm is real. Children suffer when they are separated from a loving parent, placed in the middle of conflict, or exposed to manipulation and abuse. Victims suffer too, carrying pain that can affect every part of their lives.

This petition calls for accountability for family courts, agencies, enablers, and abusers when their actions, failures, or misuse of power contribute to destroying a victim’s relationship with their children. Systems that are supposed to protect families should never become tools that deepen trauma.

As part of this advocacy, I also had a song made about family court and the harm caused when mothers and fathers are separated from their children through abuse, manipulation, and systemic failure. This song can speak to both moms and dads. Music can express the heartbreak, trauma, and emotional pain in ways words sometimes cannot. This song is part of my effort to raise awareness and give a voice to parents and children affected by family court abuse.

No child should lose a healthy bond with a loving parent because of manipulation, abuse, or systemic failure. No victim should be left with lifelong emotional wounds, fear, and nightmares while those responsible face no accountability.
