This was 3 years ago, nothing has changed he still cant see his children. Theres no help.

This was started 3 years ago  and still he cant see his children. He pays for them in huge amounts each month. 3 years years is a long time. He doesnt know what they look like now. There must be something the law can change. This isnt fair at all.
