SSA announced that WEP doesn't apply to residency-based Japan's National Pension

We are very happy to receive the announcement from SSA which says, "we determined that Japan’s National Pension is a residency-based pension, to which WEP does not apply (to WEP)." We need to understand the details of direction but we are certain that we are heading to the resolution of the WEP issue for those who receive Japanese National Pension.
