私がこの署名活動を始めた理由は個人的な体験に基づいています。私たちは長年、大原誠治容疑者という名のSNSユーザーから精神的なハラスメントを受けてきました。大原容疑者は昨年夏に焼肉店で客に精神的なダメージを与え、店内設備に大きな損害を与えた後、今年の4月に警察に被害届を提出されました。それにも関わらず、大原容疑者は反省の意志を全く見せず、今もなおSNS上で金銭を乞う行為を続けています。

私たちの苦悩はここで終わりません。大原容疑者の行為を視聴しているその他の視聴者やSNSユーザーも、適切な行動を取ることを求める私たちに反発してきました。これは、私たちが大原容疑者の行為を追求し続ける結果だと私たちは信じています。私たちはこの流れを変えるため、一連の問題を公にし、SNS無法地帯に対する厳罰を政府に要求します。

この署名活動は、私たち自身だけでなく、大原容疑者やその他の問題を抱えるSNSの利用者から苦痛を受けているすべての人々のために立ち上げられました。私たちの声を総務省や関連する部署に届けるために、どうか署名をお願いします。私たちはSNSの利用者に対する公正な法的な対処を求めるために、この署名活動を通じて声を上げ続けるため、皆さまの協力を心からお願いいたします。

また今年7月で発生2年目となる熱海豪雨災害に伴う土石流災害では遺体掘りに行くと動画配信で発言しながら被災地へ向かい、今年1月1日の能登半島地震でも災害ボランティア活動と称して危険かつ石川県が認めていない高所作業をTikTocで生配信し、収益を得たり罹災家屋の屋根でピースサインする画像をXにポストするなど到底人間の行う所業とは考えられない行為を数々行っています。(YouTubeには同容疑者の過去の所業が数々あり、殺害予告まであります。)

TikToc等でこの署名活動を茶化す発言や名誉毀損と堂々と配信する人物にはそっくりお返しします。あなた達は大原氏と保釈中に拘らず交流を持ち尚かつ動画配信でユーザー名やドメイン名から特定の個人を識別することができる行為・配信は、「個人情報」に該当します。民法第709条に基づき当方の顧問弁護士と共に申立を行うものとし、名誉毀損並びに誹謗中傷とし、名古屋高裁支部にこれを申立るものとします。
