There will be a zoning board meeting -actually the third zoning board meeting, where Mister Brian Ker from snowball developments will again try to State his intentions towards our property, including knocking it down. It is imperative that if you are in the area of Garfield especially along Midland Avenue whether you are a business or an individual please show up at this meeting 7:00 p.m. sharp at the Garfield City municipal building on Outwater Lane, Garfield, NJ.  Thank you all for your support over the years, please make your voices heard!! show up at the meeting tomorrow, Monday April 29th at 7:00 p.m. Even if you are just opposed to more overdevelopment and not just the fact that they are kicking out a wildlife sanctuary and education center. Tell them that you are sick of overdevelopment and you are sick of the congestion and the lack of parking which is only gonna get worse if Mr. Ker gets what he wants on that property .
