Hello Bat supporters!

First of all let me thank you all for the amazing support! over 3000 signatures on our petition now! Unfortunately, we don't have great news to report. we had a meeting with the developers the new landlord yesterday and it seems like their plan is to knock down our building and the residential home next to it so they can re-do the parking lot for the industrial area and quote "possibly add more structures". We all know what that means. But the fight is far from over my friends. please continue to share the petition and I'm not going anywhere until somebody drags me out of there! And I mean legally. I am taking this all the way to court. I promise you these animals will be taken care of one way or another, even worst case scenario if we do have to move. But moving can be very stressful which is why we are trying to avoid it at all costs. By the way I have seen almost $2500 have been donated by you incredibly generous people! But however we do not see a dime of it! If this upsets you as much as it does me, please demand your donation back from Change.org or demand that they give the monies raised to us and our organization. Most people making these donations do not realize that not a penny of it goes to us! I will be contacting Change.org to make sure that they understand they are using our cause to pull on the heartstrings of others and raise money and none of it goes to us and they are not doing any of the footwork they claim to be doing. They have not delivered anything to anybody and every time we reach a certain number or goal they just say now let's get to 5000 people! At 5000 people the news will be more likely to pick up on the story. Well it wasn't the petition that got us all the press last week. It was you and I and some dear friends in the environmental world. Anyway I just thought I would update you on the current situation and I will keep updating you all and we will be open to the public till the day we are dragged out of there. Best wishes and love for you all happy holidays stay well stay safe and thank you once again for your support always!
