Hello,
I used to love using Snapchat and would use it for a good amount of my online communication. However as certain circumstances have changed I have not been able to use it due too my visual impairment.
After looking in the settings I was shocked to find out Snapchat had no accessibility options, and settings on my phone such as Voiceover/talkback are not compatible.
I have spoken to many people who have similar problems and they also no longer/don’t use Snapchat due to its lack of consideration for accessibility.
As one of the biggest social media platforms I was shocked that not much consideration had gone into making the app more accessible and not just for the Visually Impaired.
I hope that you read this Message and hopefully one day Snapchat will make some well needed changes.
