Hi all, as many people know Snapchat have been terminating peoples accounts, permanently locking and temporarily locking peoples accounts. When we’ve contacted Snapchat support through Twitter and email, they’ve responded with an automated message saying that there are polices to be followed and they may have been broken, which they provide what polices need to be followed. However thousands of people have reported that this issue has happened for no reason since they’re Snapchat updated. They’ve not broken any of the policies yet have been punished with the results of breaking policy guidelines. We are very upset and frustrated with the lack of care, communication and support from the company and ceo of Snapchat. How can such a large company allow such a thing to happen?
