They replied to my alternate email before they replied to the four emails I sent them across the span of four days. Isn't it funny that blocking customers exists? Aren't you supposed to have contact with the customer you're having product delivered to? Isn't there a guarantee? I know there's ToS but that only goes so far. You cannot block a customer.
