Проблема
Since 2014 cases of blocking of accounts of buyers of Aliexpress became frequent. The reason of blocking - fraud from buyers. The idea to block buyers of swindlers is supported by diligent buyers of aliexpress, but procedure of selection and blocking of unfair users of a site Aliexpress.com is too simple and unreasonable.
- At desire the unfair seller can make the complaint and in a consequence to achieve blocking of any, even the diligent buyer.
- Automatic blocking at a large number of the aggravated disputes because of not delivered orders. Automatic blocking cannot analyse the reason of dispute and check truthfulness of entered information. Therefore automatic blocking does hasty and unreasoned decisions. Recently I got under blocking though did not break the rule Aliexpress. My account was blocked.
