Stop the new Singapore anti fake news bill (law in the making) from becoming a law in SG
The Issue
The new bill, if accepted will effectively remove freedom of speech and what members of society can speak online, including opinions and thoughts
Modify the bill to not jeopardize the freedom of speech within Singapore's "democracy" or reject the bill and have a new one made with the considerations of citizens ad not the damned ultimate goal of fighting fake news.
Probably if the Singapore government officials/cabinet do this they will have a better chance of fighting fake news !

This new law seems good in theory, but you are dumb not realize that this will pose a serious problem for the freedom of speech in Singapore (not like SG has free speech but whatever). Seriously, if you don't want a country ruined by fines for supposed war against fake news, fight for your right as a citizen and sign this petition
